Christmas Mani

Using Wet N' Wild Silvivor as the base.  The polish has good consistency, but the brush was very stiff.  I used 3 coats.  The purple stripes are my new Milani Purple Gleam.  2 coats of that one.  I like the color...though it really needs a good top coat to make the purple pop.  Used 2 coats of Seche.

The reindeer is actually acryllic paint.  And a heart sticker as the nose.  :)

And it's only 4 days to the giveaway(s)!!!

Holiday Party

Friday was the holiday party for my husband's company.  It was a 60s themed shindig and was airline based like the show "Pan Am".  Here's a few photos from the festivities...
Each attendee got their own set of wings.  Stewardesses greeted us and we got to walk "into the plane" at the entrance of the party area.

And here we are.  Most of the people there were dressed in "Mad Men" type attire, but we went the hippie route.
This was my selection for manicure for the night.  As always, Broadway Nails.  :)  With Wet N' Wild black as the base and 2 coats of Revlon's Slipper is the glitter polish on top.

Sparkly Skull Toes!

I saw these skull stickers on Amazon.com while I was looking for rhinestones...  Did I have to have them??  Did my life depend on them?  No.  But they're hella cute!!  And cheap!

Started with a base coat of Wet 'n Wild black, applied the stickers and then a generous top coat.  I'm all about shine!

I wore them to a job interview on Friday.  I'm crazy like that.  :)

Happy Sunday and here's a link if you feel the urge to get some for yourself.  Sparkly Skulls

So Many Colors

Tonight's experiment was pretty darned successful.  It was also time consuming.

I started with a base coat on all nails (Kiss Nails Everlasting French nails) of Finger Paints "Paper Mache".  A white base coat helps the neon colors pop!  Then I used Sinful Colors "Pink", China Glaze "In the Lime Light", China Glaze "Japanese Koi", China Glaze "Celtic Sun", Sinful Colors "Dream On" and Wet N Wild Black.

I used each of the neon colors in random spots on each nail.  After they dried, I used tape to block off sections of each nail and then used the black polish over the tape.  Remove the tape and voila!!

More Goofing Around

Trying out polishes and generally playing around.

Top one is Wet N' Wild black polish as the base and red acrylic paint as the heart.  Topped with CND "Crimson Sparkle".

Bottom is Finger Paints "Paper Mache" with black acrylic paint for the stripes.

More "Selling"

Tonight at work, I was pushing the Wet N' Wild products (makeup and nail polish) and Sinful Colors nail polish.

I did really well!  One lady and her daughter got 7 bottles of Sinful Colors and 2 of Wet N' Wild.  :)
